These terms and conditions apply to all services offered by Brasserie Rubens, Zeedijk-Albertstrand 589, 8300 Knokke-Heist, VAT BE 0452.920.120.

1. Scope

By making a reservation, visiting our premises or using our services, you accept these terms.

2. Reservations

2.1 Online reservations

Reservations can be made via our online platform, by phone or email. A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of our confirmation.

2.2 Changes and cancellations

Changes or cancellations must be communicated in good time. For cancellations within 24 hours of the reserved time or no-shows, Rubens reserves the right to charge costs.

2.3 Lateness

If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the table may be assigned to other guests.

3. Group bookings and events

Separate conditions apply to groups and events. Contact: events@rubensknokke.be.

4. Prices and payment

All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices at the time of consumption apply.

5. Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are not exchangeable for cash and are valid for the period stated on the voucher.

6. Code of conduct

Rubens reserves the right to refuse access in case of inappropriate behaviour.

7. Liability

Rubens is not liable for damage to personal belongings unless due to gross negligence. Allergies must be reported in advance.

8. Complaints

Complaints can be reported on site or via administratie@rubensknokke.be.

9. Force majeure

Rubens is not obliged to fulfil its obligations in cases of force majeure.

10. Intellectual property

All website content is the property of Rubens or its licensors.

11. Applicable law

Belgian law applies. The courts of the Bruges district have jurisdiction.
